First Build:Control Scraps
This not entirely pure scrap deck aims to use self-replacing monsters to maintain field presence, and provide Xyz/Synchro/Scrap Dragon fodder.
It also variates from Control Scraps by adding a little dynamic - not running two control cards(fiendish chain etc.) in favor of a ryko and foolish burial.

Pretty self-explanatory.Can be substitute for Maxx 'C"/Fiendish Chain if you want.
2X Thunder King Rai-Oh
You could be thinking "Wait, what?In scraps?The ones who must run Duality and Scrapyard?.And you'd be correct, if partially.
But his advantages are too great to pass up.He can block your opponent's Duality plays.Rabbit can't make laggia without playing around him, Sams must get around him to get Shi En etc.There are situations when he isn't that useful - Dark World mainly, where he can only block snoww and scarr.
