first of all, 20/10/10 build is usually always bad. people think well its the most balanced you can get right? unfortunately, more times than not, you'll open with a poorly balanced hand unless you don't use archtypes(in other words, it was good before all these archtypes started; yah know, when blue-eyes decks were good?). Find the focus of the monsters used in the deck, that'll tell you if you should have more or less monsters than s/t.
Nordic monsters are mostly fail except the beasts. I suggest just wiping out all the Alfar and Acendants except Vanadis. Vanadis should be at 3 since she's the main tuner of the deck. Other than that, you have the 3 nordic beasts that are worth anything. all should stay at 3.
Also note that you have 20 nordic monsters. you also have Glepnir at 3. Glepnir is practically a monster in a sense right? therefore, you actually have 23 monsters. if you want to stick with 20/10/10(I'd advise not) then run 17 nordics with 3 Glepnir, its a great card for many reasons that'll refrain from explaining.
Super-Nimble Mega Hamster is a funny card, but a very good one, I'd recommend running it at 3 also. If you are focusing on syncing for Odin and Thor, hamster keeps you a monster on the field for when its your turn and then Glepnir pulls you a monster. need one more right? well if you set Tanngnjostr then you have you're lv 10 nordic right there with 2 cards.
swords is bad. Sometimes its helpful, but more than ever it'll help you lose. It forces your opponent to be passive therefore saving cards. You get your cards finally and go aggressive. Well guess what? The opponent sure is happy you made them save their big play cards for when they can destroy yours now!
Take out nordic lights. if you can't get destroyed by battle, how are you gonna get your tokens from Tanngrisnir? and in this format, its bound to be mst'd or heavy stormed....ouch.
-3 dark bribes, add seven tools and/or magic drain if you want that s/t removal, although its not necessary in this format. anything that gives a -2 is a terrible card.
