Articles and Rulings

I think there should be a section for putting topics about different card rulings/priority/phases/etc. in. This is an academy right, so it should be informative and have a place for members to ask about how a certain card works in different situations, or what priority/timing/etc. truly means, and on and on. Also would be a good place to enter tips on good deck building strategies, good player practices and such. yes? no? maybe?
