Monsters are okay for the most part. But Spells and Traps could use some work. Shouko pretty much said everything that needs to be fixed, but definitely run Level Up at 3.

thx guys i swapped every thing out but the dark bribes.i not really one for solemn

Level up Ignores any and all summoning conditions so yes it can.

if you dont want the solemn warning....shame on you, but ok. but please at least take out bribe for seven tools or magic drain...
